Check-In: 4pm Check-out: 11am

Age Requirement: The guest making the reservation and signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years of age or older and must occupy the vacation property rental the entire term of the booking.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 8, which accommodates ideally 4 adults and 4 kids. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in eviction without a refund.

Parking: All guest vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. Do not park on the cul-de-sac. During snow conditions, the County plows will call to get cars towed that are parking on the street obstructing plow operations. If there is snow in the driveway, HSR is contracted to plow access after every storm. Their timelines depend on their workload. They are notified of guest arrival and departure times, but sometimes with heavy storms, these timelines are not exact. They try their best and they ask that we be flexible during unprecedented conditions. Their contact info is HSR Cabin Services: 435-590-4525
***When there is snow and plow services are being performed, please park your vehicles on one side of the horseshoe in tandem so that the snowplow can plow all the way around the driveway and your cars don't block both entrances to the driveway. I would refrain from parking near the roof of the cabin where the snow builds up, it could unpredictably fall on your car. ***

Smoking: No smoking is allowed on premises for any reasons, medical or not. If you have a medical condition that requires you to smoke, please drive to an open area outside of the neighborhood.

Neighbors: Please be respectful of noise as the neighbors in this cul-de-sac are extremely close. They will notify the owners of any behavior that is not appreciated.

Pets: No pets are allowed on the premises, this is an allergen-free environment. Please send me a message for assistance animals.

GUNS – The outdoor discharge of any firearm or air gun is forbidden in Duck
Creek Pines. This restriction extends for a distance of 500 feet beyond the
subdivision boundaries, into the US Forest Service land.

ARCHERY - Archery is prohibited when conducted in a location or manner
which may endanger any person or the property of another person. Any
trajectory or backstop which would allow an arrow to carry onto a road or onto
neighboring property is a violation.

TRESPASSING. – Do not trespass. Observe and respect the property
boundaries of the neighboring cabins. Drones should not be flown over the
private property of the neighbors. The US Forest land is available for your use.

Neighborhood overview
The Color Country area of Duck Creek is unique in that the Pinewoods Resort provides many amenities like laundry, a restaurant, playground, but we are in a private, quiet area of the mountain with close proximity to the Village.
Getting around
Duck Creek Village is an adorable passage via HWY 14 that will bring you from Cedar City to HWY 89 which leads to Bryce Canyon, Zion, Brian Head, Kanab, etc. We are a hidden gem of beauty and the higher elevation offers cooler temps in the summer and a beautiful blanket of snow in the winters.
